Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of EasyNest. EasyNest is operated by Marco Dumbleton in South Africa. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

What EasyNest provides

EasyNest helps businesses create and manage quotes, invoices, customer records and PDF documents. It is a productivity tool, not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for checking that every document, VAT treatment, price, payment term and banking detail is correct before sharing it.

Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must only upload or enter information you are entitled to use. You retain ownership of the business and customer content you add to EasyNest.

You must not use EasyNest to break the law, infringe another person's rights, send malicious content, interfere with the service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account.

Plans and payments

EasyNest offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Current plan limits, features and pricing are shown on the Pricing page. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in South African rand through Paystack. Payment processing is handled by Paystack; EasyNest does not store your card details.

You may cancel a paid subscription through the available billing options. Your plan will remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise during cancellation.

Availability and changes

We work to keep EasyNest available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or circumstances outside our control. We may change, improve or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We will aim to give notice of material changes that affect paid users.

Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyNest is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of South Africa, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
